All successful bidders must pay for their antlers within 30 minutes after the close of the auction event. All sales are final. No refunds are given.

**Check (Personal or Business): Out-of-town checks will only be accepted with a letter of funds authorization from your bank. The letter of authorization must be received by US mail (JHFOS, PO Box 2081, Jackson WY 83001) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) by May 6, 2024. The letter must be on bank letterhead and must contain the following elements:
- Name of Account Holder
- Checking Account Number
- Maximum Authorized Expenditure
- Bank Name
- Bank Contact Name with direct phone and email
- Signature of Bank Contact
